_My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate & business professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a real estate & business broker professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my agents & clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

_My Experience & Formal Education

I have helped close over 200 transactions in my real estate and business brokerage career. I have not only represented clients in several areas of real estate such as residential, commercial, leasing, property management, distress properties and investments, but have also close many transactions in my name. That gives my the understanding not only from the point of view of the broker but the principle.

With my investment company Angel Properties I have bought over 50 distress properties, rehabbed them and sold or rent them in the market place. To be able to close on those opportunities I had to analyzed over 5000 properties in the Dallas Fort worth metroplex in a couple of years. Analyzing means create my own CMA (comparative Market Analysis) and Repair Budget. I developed my own technologies so I can be better in the market. I created and managed relationships with many institutions and tradesman such as small commercial banks, Repair companies, cities and brokers in the area.

In 2004 we sold a company that we grow from 3 employees to 50 in a period of 5 years. Hispanic Yellow Pages, Inc was listed in the top 100 fastest growing companies nationwide in the prominent national Hispanic Business Magazine July/August 2002 edition. I re-engineered and establish operational processes from sales, to marketing, collections, telemarketing, distribution, graphic design, accounting and corporate structured.

I have a Bachelors of Business Administration from Northwood University Cedar Hill, Texas. I have a construction management degree from North lake Texas USA. At the University of Texas at Arlington I have taken advanced real estate classes towards a Master of Science in Real Estate. I have Taken dozens of specialized real estate, general business 7 marketing and business brokerage courses at IBBA (International Business Brokers Association), TABB (Texas Association of Business Brokers), Champions School of Real Estate, The Five Star Institute for the Default Servicing Industry, MetroTex Association, Leonard-Hawes Real Estate School, National Association of Home Builders (University of Housing & Land Development), DFW Real Estate Investors Group, Brookhaven College/Richland College Dallas and Texas Tech University Lubbock, Texas.

_ Broker and Marketer

As a real estate broker I have been helping agents become more successful in the market by helping them in marketing, brokerage issues and better business practices. I am always available a phone call away any time of the day. I am a good listener, have an extended knowledge of real estate brokerage and business practices through formal education and most important real life experience.

As a marketer and public relationship person I Have strived to create long term business relationships with leaders in the market place over the past 15 years.
